Leadership consulting – towards an up-to-date leadership role

I offer counsel and impulses to line managers in search of entrepreneurially and personally fitting ways to lead demanding, qualified coworkers.

Beyond antiquated ideas of authoritarian or manipulative leadership, an up-to-date understanding of leadership allows combining high degrees of employee autonomy with actively taken leadership responsibility.

I provide support for people in a leadership role using the following formats:

Leadership workshops in small groups: structured reflection of leadership attitude, case counseling, situational micro-trainings on putting the leadership role into personal practice, methodically guided case counseling between participants

Topic-related workshops for specific leadership challenges, for example: stimulate, take and give feedback, dealing with conflicts, leadership in the transition process, leading multilocal teams, leading in the matrix, shared Leadership, guiding coworker development, leadership in the outsourcing process

One-on-one consulting on leadership issues, communication and self-management: starting from the concrete question of the client we develop clear, realistic goals. Individually fitting, flexible interventions and transfer loops help to put results into practice

Reflection days for entrepreneurs and managers: definition of personal situation, reflecting the own role and its links to the system as a whole, spotting new possibilities, opportunities and limitations

Moderated interchange on leadership roles and leadership mindsets within management boards and management circles, moderation of joint decision making or problem solving, joint definition of rules and formats of cooperation, working on conflicts
