As an organizational psychologist I see workplaces as biotopes for people – as living environments in which we do not only create the material basis of our existence, but also grow personally, experience participation and meaning. But I also see the entrepreneurial function of every job, its contribution to value added and success.

With my work, I stand for a human viewpoint on this field of tension for corporate management.

In doing so, I take a dialog-oriented and pragmatic approach – with specialized psychological background and depth. I use my own or customized models and methods that draw from a variety of sources. Viable concepts tailored to the specific needs of the company are devloped in close cooperation with the client.
