Personnel development – investing successfully
Companies invest in the development of their people. The success of this investment is influenced by many factors, including sensible and really functioning personnel development structures and processes in the company, high quality potential assessments and internal trainings resulting in real transfer.
I support personnel developers, line managers and expertise trainers in securing the success of this investment in these personnel development areas:
Advice on design and implementation of personnel development structures & processes: defining assignment of roles and tasks between internal personnel developers and line managers, development programs for strategically important target groups, developing guidelines and training users in structured talks (orientation, feedback, development), definition of personal situation using a seminar or one-on-one consulting format
Train-the-trainer for internal experts, line managers and specific target groups like key users in IT projects: participants learn, how to effectively pass on their own expertise in live events, including how to design and prepare their seminars. Consulting and guidance in the concept phase and the pilot phase secure success, as do on-on-one-supervision and small group supervision workshops for experienced expertise trainers.
